You should first identify the cause of cardiomegaly

if it is HTN then Tab. ABANA 2 tid for month with lashuna ksheerapaka will be best

if it is other cause you should specify the cause to plan the treatment protocol

for example if it is due to COPD then treat the copd with hritpatri /karaveeera mula bhasma with 1-2 ratti will be ideal
