Alfalfa herb provides the herbal remedy for arthritis. A cup of tea made from the herb or its seeds, has proved to be a beneficial herb for arthritis. Take a teaspoon of seeds and boil it in a cup of water. Have the same recipe about three or four times a day for relief.
