Men who regularly practice heart-pounding exercises are less likely to develop Cancer, reveals a new study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.The main reason behind this was the higher rate of oxygen consumption among people who exercised.
Researchers in the Universities of Oulu and Kuopio in Finland studied the leisure-time physical activity, over a one-year period on 2560 men in the age group 42 and 61, with no history of cancer.
